I was thrilled to buy this, and I thought it was a genious idea, especially since my son won't wear a hat or gloves no matter how cold outside. It works like a polar-expedition sleeping bag, and it fit my Phil ; Ted's stroller perfectly. Baby was snuggled, warm and comfy in the worst weather, without having to wear bulky winter outerwear. For 2 months I couldn't have been happier, even though one of the adjustable pulls broke almost the first day I used it. However, once the hood zipper broke in the middle of winter, this $200 product became as useful as the $40 JJ Cole Bundle Me. I'm willing to pay the price for a high-quality item, but if 7am Enfant is going to charge as much as a North Face polar expedition sleeping bag, they should deliver the same quality. In the end I was terribly disappointed and felt like a sucker for shelling out so much money for a shoddy product.

I bought a 212 bunting bag to beat the winters in the city. It didn't come with the extension piece so I contacted the company. They did not get back to me and only after several attempts did I finally get a response. They said that there was nothing that they could do, nothing available, not even to purchase- too bad so sad in other words... no help, no suggestions. I rate a product/ company on their customer service and these definitely get a thumbs down.
